The Brazos Valley Council of Governments Economic and Community Development Program has compiled a list of community resources for the Brazos Valley area.

Community Funding Sources

At BVCOG, our Economic & Community Development team works closely with a variety of state and federal partners to help communities across the Brazos Valley find the funding and resources they need to grow and thrive. Whether you're a local official looking to improve infrastructure or a community organization working on a new project, we’re here to help connect you with the right programs.

Below are organizations and their funding resources. This includes the Economic Development Administration (EDA), Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA), and Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT). Click on the images to learn more.

Economic Development Administration (EDA)

The EDA offers grants that support economic growth in both rural and urban areas. These funds can be used for things like infrastructure upgrades, job creation, and long-term development plans that help strengthen local economies.
