Method of Distribution (MOD) for Community Development Block Grant-Mitigation (CDBG-MIT) funds
Notice is hereby given that the Brazos Valley Council of Governments (BVCOG) is seeking input on the Method of Distribution (MOD) for Community Development Block Grant-Mitigation (CDBG-MIT) funds. The purpose is to obtain community input from eligible jurisdictions in Burleson, Grimes, Madison, and Washington Counties, as well as potentially eligible jurisdictions Brazos, Robertson, and Leon Counties. Written and oral comments regarding the MOD will be taken at public hearings scheduled for the following dates, times, and locations.
- Wednesday, April 20, 2022 @ 12:00 P.M in the BVCOG Board Room - 3991 E. 29th St., Bryan, TX 77802.
Written comments may be submitted by hand-delivery, mail, or email by 12:00 p.m. on Friday, May 6th, 2022 to Cagan Baldree, Public Safety Manager, 3991 E. 29th St., Bryan TX 77802 (email: Cagan.Baldree@bvcog.org). BVCOG will provide for reasonable accommodations for persons attending BVCOG functions. Requests from persons needing special accommodations should be received by BVCOG staff 48 hours prior to the function. The public hearing will be conducted in English and requests for language interpreters or other special communications needs should be at least 48 hours prior to a function.
