The Human Resources Department supports the BVCOG’s efforts to attract and retain the best qualified and diverse workforce possible.
The HR Department helps employees understand their working rights, process payroll, maintain payroll files and reports, manages and coordinates employee benefits, maintain current and former employees personnel files, employment verifications, post job opportunities as well as accepts and process job applications.
